Additional nights will be charged on a pro-rata basis of the weekly rate. We do not offer single night breaks. The period of hire shall be as specified on the booking form and run from 3pm on the day of arrival to 10 am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed. The initial deposit is required at the time of booking, and secures your selected dates. The full remainder of the hire charge is due six weeks before the start of hire. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included within the rental charge.
A refundable breakages deposit is required to cover for breakages, non accidental damage etc. This amount will be returned on departure if the property is retained in the same condition as on arrival.
Providing that more than six weeks notice is given, the deposit less a cancellation fee of £30 will normally be refunded. However, should the accommodation not be re-let, the whole of the deposit will be held. Where less than six weeks notice of cancellation is given, every effort will be made to re-let but should this not be possible, the hirer will be liable to pay the balance due. Holiday Cancellation Insurance is strongly advised to avoid this occurring.
